SheRace is an independent community website listing races for women on Zwift. It is owned and run by riders from the women's team Amicis and is not affiliated with Zwift or any race organiser.
Questions about the site or your data: annedegndausell@gmail.com.
You don't need an account to use SheRace. We only get personal information if you choose to send it to us.
During the pilot there are no forms on SheRace. If you email us, we only use what you write to answer you, and we don't share it with anyone else.
The feedback survey is anonymous: we never ask for your name, and the questions about you (gender, age and country) are optional. We don't store your IP address, email or any browser details with your answers. Your browser sends a random number with the answers so the survey can only be sent once; it can't be traced back to you.
Answers are stored in our database (Neon, hosted in the EU) and are only used inside the SheRace team to improve this website. They are never published or shared.
Races you save to My races, your chosen time zone, your cookie choice, an unsent feedback survey, whether you have seen the newsletter note, and how long you have spent on the site (so we only ask for feedback once you have looked around) are stored in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to us, and you can remove them at any time by clearing your browser data.
Only if you accept cookies, we use statistics to understand how SheRace is used. If you decline, nothing loads. Your choice is remembered for a year, then we ask again, and you can change it at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Vercel Analytics counts page views: the page visited, country, device and browser type. It does not identify you.
The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Vercel processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
The site is in English. If you choose another language, the page opens through Google Translate, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that translated view. Nothing is sent to Google unless you pick a language.
Race pages link to organisers and sign-up pages on other websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
When we add features that collect data, such as the forms to submit a race or a team, or the newsletter, we will update this page first.
