Women counts are for the whole team, all squads together. Levels are Zwift categories A to E. We're filling in the list, so some details still say "to be confirmed".
Ask in the race chat. After a women's race, say hi in the event chat. Riders are often happy to tell you about their team.
Look at the results. On ZwiftPower you can see which teams race in your category. Find one that shows up week after week.
Race a team series. Series like the Zwift Racing League and 6IX need teams. Many teams recruit before each round.
Join the community. Women's racing groups on Discord and Facebook are full of teams looking for riders.
Need help finding a team? The SheRace Discord is coming soon: a place where teams looking for riders and riders looking for teams find each other. Until then, the tips above are a great place to start.
